What you type into our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the marketing problems you check, and anything you write about your goals.

When you send the form, we also record your IP address and the page you sent it from, to stop spam and abuse.
Cookies: our main website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our blog sets a cookie only for people who log in to write posts; visitors reading the blog do not get one.

Only the people who need your information to help you can see it. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
What are your choices and rights?
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email or call us using the details above. People who live in states with privacy laws (such as California) may have additional rights and can contact us to use them.
